THE AD CHALLENGE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
Effective October 19, 2026
These Official Rules govern promotional prize drawings conducted by The Ad Challenge ("TAC"), including regular Milestone Drawings and designated Cumulative Grand Drawings.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Ad Challenge is a production of TAC Entertainment, LLC, which produces and administers promotional prize drawings under The Ad Challenge name to celebrate program milestones, recognize audience participation, and award prizes to eligible viewers.
Drawings may be presented through livestreams, prerecorded promotional videos, or other announced TAC productions.
These Official Giveaway Rules and official contact information are available at https://theadchallenge.com. Any additional terms for a particular promotion will be announced in connection with that promotion.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Participation is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. TAC reserves the right to verify the age, residency, identity, and eligibility of potential winners before awarding prizes.
Employees, cast members, crew members, production personnel, individuals involved in administering drawings, and sponsors, advertisers, or guests directly involved in the applicable drawing shall be excluded from participation in that drawing.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
No purchase, donation, entry fee, or wager is required. Eligible entries are evaluated under the announced drawing procedures.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Exclusive Entry Method and Invalid Submissions
TAC may promote giveaways through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Roku, television, websites, and other media, but promotional announcements on those platforms are not entry locations.
The only authorized entry method is to post an eligible numerical guess during the announced entry period in the comments of the specifically designated giveaway video on The Ad Challenge’s official YouTube channel.
Entries submitted anywhere else, including other YouTube videos or other platforms, are invalid even if their numbers match or would otherwise win. TAC is not obligated to locate, transfer, or respond to such submissions.
Participants must submit a clearly identifiable numerical guess within the number range announced for the applicable drawing. TAC will announce the entry period and deadline.
Numerical Guess Requirements
Participants must submit one numerical guess only, without additional words, numbers, symbols, or commentary.
If a submission contains additional text, TAC may accept the entry provided the intended numerical guess is clearly identifiable and the entry otherwise satisfies these Official Rules.
If multiple numerical guesses appear in the same comment, only the first numerical guess will be considered. All subsequent guesses will be disregarded.
Entries submitted after the announced deadline are ineligible.
Entries must be accessible to TAC for collection and verification. TAC is not responsible for comments that YouTube removes, filters, hides, or otherwise makes unavailable.
Entry Limits, Duplicate Submissions, and Verification
Each eligible participant may submit one (1) numerical guess per designated Milestone Drawing.
If multiple numerical guesses are submitted by the same participant, only the first valid guess shall be counted. All subsequent guesses shall be removed from the official participant spreadsheet and shall be ineligible for all drawings.
Participants may not use multiple YouTube accounts, false identities, or other methods to circumvent the entry limit. TAC reserves the right to review and disqualify entries when reasonable evidence establishes a violation of these rules.
Edited Comments and Entry Verification
Participants may modify their numerical guesses until the announced entry deadline. Guesses submitted or modified after the deadline are ineligible.
TAC shall maintain digital records of all eligible entries as they exist at the announced cutoff time. These records shall be retained for verification purposes and to prevent cheating or unauthorized changes.
Any alteration to a numerical guess after the announced cutoff time shall render that entry void and ineligible for all drawings.
Each valid guess submitted during a separate qualifying Milestone Drawing may remain eligible for a designated Cumulative Grand Drawing, subject to the rules governing that promotion.
Recommended Entry Placement
Participants are encouraged to post their numerical guess as a new, standalone comment directly beneath the designated giveaway video to aid collection and verification. An otherwise valid reply to another comment will not be disqualified solely because of its placement.
Overlooked Entries and Good Faith Resolution
YouTube filtering, sorting, and nested comments may cause an otherwise eligible entry to be overlooked.
A participant who believes a timely, eligible entry was omitted may submit verifiable evidence of its original placement and timing. TAC may investigate and request supporting information, subject to applicable law.
If TAC verifies that an omitted entry would have won, TAC may award a duplicate prize, a comparable substitute, or another appropriate remedy in good faith, subject to applicable law. A completed drawing and prizes already awarded are not automatically invalidated.
5. THE GROOVY GIFT-O-MATIC™
The Groovy Gift-O-Matic™ is TAC's electronic Random Number Generator (RNG) drawing system.
The machine features a retro, slot-machine-inspired audiovisual presentation. Its animated reels, lighting, and sound effects are intended for entertainment purposes.
Participants do not purchase credits, place wagers, or directly operate the system.
The official drawing number is generated electronically. The audiovisual presentation does not independently determine or alter the result.
TAC may conduct drawings during livestreams or recorded productions. Recorded drawings will not be represented as live broadcasts.
Drawing Schedule and Announcements
TAC intends to conduct drawings live on its official YouTube channel when practicable, but may present prerecorded drawings without representing them as live. Each promotion will announce its entry cutoff and scheduled drawing time. Results will be presented on TAC’s official YouTube channel; the winner claim deadline is governed by Section 9.
6. REGULAR MILESTONE DRAWINGS
TAC may conduct promotional drawings to celebrate subscriber milestones, program anniversaries, production achievements, and other designated occasions.
Participants submit numerical guesses in accordance with the announced entry requirements. The Groovy Gift-O-Matic™ generates an official drawing number.
The winning guess is the closest eligible numerical guess without exceeding the official drawing number, subject to the tied-winner and no-winner procedures in these Official Rules.
Tied Winners
If two or more eligible participants submit identical winning guesses, each shall be declared a winner and awarded a prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
No-Winner Drawings
If no eligible winning guess is identified during a drawing, TAC shall conduct an additional drawing using the original pool of eligible entries. TAC reserves the right to continue conducting additional drawings until an eligible winner is identified or TAC determines that the drawing should be concluded. All additional drawings shall follow the established winner-selection procedures, subject to applicable law.
7. CUMULATIVE GRAND DRAWINGS
TAC may periodically conduct special Cumulative Grand Drawings using eligible numerical guesses collected during designated previous Milestone Drawings.
The original numerical guesses will be combined into a cumulative master spreadsheet, referred to internally as the Super-Spreadsheet. Each qualifying guess retains its original numerical value.
A participant who submitted eligible guesses in previously designated drawings may have multiple guesses included in the cumulative pool, provided those guesses are numerically distinct.
Previous winners remain eligible. Winning an earlier promotion does not invalidate, remove, or otherwise diminish any qualifying historical guess.
A new official number will be generated by the Groovy Gift-O-Matic™ for the Cumulative Grand Drawing. The winning guess will be determined under the established closest-without-going-over procedure, subject to the tied-winner provisions in these Official Rules.
Repeated Numerical Guesses
Participants may submit the same numerical guess in successive Milestone Drawings without affecting their eligibility for those individual drawings. However, when entries are combined for a Cumulative Grand Drawing, identical numerical guesses submitted by the same participant shall be consolidated and counted as one (1) entry, regardless of how many times that number was previously submitted.
For example, if a participant submits the number 777 in five qualifying Milestone Drawings, that participant shall receive only one entry representing the number 777 in the Cumulative Grand Drawing. If the same participant also submitted other distinct, eligible numerical guesses, each distinct guess shall count as a separate entry.
Identical numerical guesses submitted by different eligible participants shall remain separate entries and shall be subject to the applicable winner-selection and tied-winner procedures.
Only historical submissions whose original terms permit inclusion in the cumulative promotion may be used.
Qualifying Milestone Drawings and Carryover Entries
TAC determines which previous Milestone Drawings qualify for each Cumulative Grand Drawing, provided the original terms permit carryover. Each Cumulative Grand Drawing will be announced separately with applicable entry requirements, deadlines, and prize information. TAC need not publicly list every included Milestone Drawing.
TAC will determine and document qualifying entries before conducting each Cumulative Grand Drawing, subject to applicable law. Eligible guesses retain their original values and remain subject to verification and duplicate-entry rules.
8. ENTRY INTEGRITY AND VERIFICATION
TAC may maintain participant spreadsheets, original entry records, drawing results, and prize records for verification and administration.
TAC may review entries for eligibility, duplication, impersonation, automated submissions, or other violations and disqualify entries supported by reasonable evidence of fraud or rule violations, subject to applicable law.
Automated Screening, Participant Conduct, and Eligibility Determinations TAC utilizes software to conduct initial screening of participant submissions and YouTube display names for potential violations of these Official Rules, including inappropriate language, harassment, poor sportsmanship, suspected fraudulent activity, and other questionable conduct.
Suspension of Flagged Entries
Any submission or participant display name flagged by TAC’s screening software or staff shall result in the immediate suspension of the associated entry from the applicable drawing, pending review and approval by authorized TAC staff.
A flagged entry shall not be considered eligible for inclusion in the drawing unless and until TAC staff has reviewed and expressly approved it. A screening flag does not, by itself, establish that the participant has violated these Official Rules.
TAC reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, manually review, investigate, or resolve flagged submissions, questionable display names, or suspected violations. Depending on production schedules, personnel availability, crew time, and other operational considerations, TAC may elect not to review flagged entries.
Any entry remaining suspended when the official drawing entries are finalized shall be excluded from that drawing. TAC shall have no obligation to delay, postpone, or repeat a drawing to accommodate an unresolved entry.
Right to Refuse Participation
TAC reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any individual’s participation in its giveaways for any lawful reason, subject to applicable law and these Official Rules.
Review of Banned Participants
TAC reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to reconsider, review, modify, or reverse a participant’s banned status at its sole discretion. A previous ban, reinstatement, or review decision shall not obligate TAC to reconsider other disciplinary decisions or grant similar treatment to other participants.
Final Eligibility Determinations
Subject to applicable law, YouTube’s applicable rules and policies, and the express provisions of these Official Rules, TAC retains final authority to interpret and administer its participation requirements and make binding determinations regarding participant eligibility, entry validity, and disqualification.
TAC’s decision to review, approve, reject, disqualify, or reinstate any particular participant or submission shall not obligate TAC to take similar action regarding others.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
TAC will announce the winning entry at the conclusion of each drawing.
All declared winners must initiate contact with TAC by email, using the official contact information published at https://theadchallenge.com, within seventy-two (72) hours after the drawing results are first publicly presented on TAC’s official YouTube channel.
TAC reserves the right to verify a winner's identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.
YouTube Account Verification
Winners must have an active, accessible YouTube account associated with their original qualifying entry.
TAC reserves the right to verify account ownership before awarding a prize. If the original account has been deleted, is inaccessible, or cannot be satisfactorily verified, the prize shall be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
Unclaimed Prizes
Failure to initiate contact within that 72 hour period shall result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to applicable law. Any unclaimed or forfeited prize shall remain the property of TAC and may be retained for use in a future drawing. TAC shall not be obligated to select an alternate winner or conduct an additional drawing to award an unclaimed prize.
A winner who makes timely initial contact may be afforded additional time for reasonable identity verification or fulfillment arrangements at TAC's discretion.
Disclosure of Giveaway Information
TAC shall maintain the confidentiality of its internal giveaway records and participants’ private information, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.
10. PRIZES AND SPONSOR-PROVIDED PRODUCTS
Prizes may include merchandise, promotional products, sponsor contributions, or other items identified in the applicable promotion announcement.
Prize descriptions, approximate retail values, restrictions, and fulfillment terms will be disclosed as required.
Sponsor-provided products are generally awarded as supplied by their respective manufacturers or providers.
Except as expressly stated or required by law, TAC does not independently warrant the merchantability, suitability, performance, or fitness of sponsor-provided products. Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Prize Substitution
TAC will make every reasonable effort to award prizes as originally advertised. However, should an advertised prize become unavailable for any reason, including circumstances beyond TAC’s control or an insufficient quantity to accommodate multiple winners, TAC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, at its discretion and subject to applicable law.
Prize Possession, Shipping, and Fulfillment
TAC shall arrange for shipment of physical prizes directly to verified recipients. Prizes will ordinarily be in TAC's possession before being offered in a drawing.
TAC shall make a good-faith effort to package and ship prizes in a timely manner using a shipping service that provides tracking, and shall provide recipients with tracking information when reasonably available.
TAC shall not be responsible for delays, loss, damage, or other delivery failures caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as required by applicable law.
Shipping Costs
TAC shall cover all standard shipping and handling costs associated with delivering prizes to eligible winners within the United States. Winners shall not be required to make any payment to TAC or its shipping providers to claim or receive their prizes.
Lost Shipments
If shipment tracking indicates that a prize has been lost in transit, TAC may, at its sole discretion, provide the winner with a replacement prize of a similar nature or value, subject to applicable law.
Prize Delivery and Shipping Resolution
Winners must provide accurate shipping information and cooperate in resolving delivery restrictions, address discrepancies, returned packages, or other fulfillment issues.
If TAC notifies a winner by email of a shipping or fulfillment problem, including a returned or undeliverable package, the winner has seven (7) calendar days from that notice to resolve the issue, unless TAC grants an extension.
If the winner fails to respond, cooperate, or resolve the problem within that period, TAC may declare the prize forfeited and retain it for a future drawing, subject to applicable law.
11. PRODUCT ALLERGIES AND RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Prize recipients are responsible for reviewing labels, ingredients, allergen disclosures, warnings, instructions, and other safety information; identifying allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other risks; and avoiding products that may be unsuitable for them.
TAC and its participating partners and prize providers are not responsible for independently determining whether a particular product is suitable for an individual recipient, except as required by applicable law.
Discretionary Substitutions
If a recipient identifies and informs TAC of an allergy or sensitivity before shipment or delivery, TAC may, but is under no obligation to, offer an alternative product or prize at its sole discretion. The availability, nature, and value of any substitute are not guaranteed.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants and prize recipients agree to release and hold harmless TAC Entertainment, LLC (producer of The Ad Challenge), its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, cast, crew, guests, volunteers, independent contractors, representatives, agents, applicable production and distribution partners, participating sponsors, prize manufacturers, suppliers, providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from claims arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, handling, use, misuse, or consumption of prizes.
This provision includes, to the extent legally permissible, claims involving product defects, allergic reactions, personal injury, property damage, shipping issues, and other prize-related incidents.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. TAXES AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Each winner is solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving a prize, together with expenses not expressly assumed by TAC.
TAC may request tax identification information or documentation when legally required. TAC will comply with its own applicable tax reporting and withholding obligations.
14. TECHNICAL FAILURES AND DRAWING INTEGRITY
A drawing shall be considered valid only when the official winning number has been fully presented to the audience.
If a technical malfunction, broadcast interruption, or other failure prevents the complete presentation of the winning number, the drawing shall be declared void and conducted again using the original pool of eligible entries.
Any number generated during a voided drawing shall have no effect on the subsequent drawing.
If the winning number was fully presented before a subsequent interruption, the drawing remains valid, subject to applicable law.
TAC will preserve available records of the incident and publicly explain any decision to invalidate, repeat, or postpone a drawing. No participant shall receive an additional entry or be permitted to change an existing guess because of a technical interruption.
15. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY
Publicity Rights
By accepting a prize, each winner grants The Ad Challenge (TAC), its affiliated production entities, sponsors, and authorized representatives permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, general geographic location (city and state), prize information, and other relevant biographical information for advertising, publicity, promotional, and editorial purposes related to The Ad Challenge.
Such use may include television programming, livestreams, recorded productions, social media, websites, promotional videos, press releases, and other media, whether currently existing or developed in the future.
This permission is granted without additional compensation, notification, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
Participant Privacy Notice
Information Collected: TAC may collect participants' publicly available YouTube usernames, numerical guesses, comment information, submission dates, and other information reasonably necessary to administer and verify entries.
Potential winners may also be asked to provide their legal names, email addresses, mailing addresses, proof of eligibility, and tax-related information when required.
How Information Is Used: TAC will use participant information to collect and verify entries, identify winners, prevent fraud, maintain drawing records, communicate with winners, fulfill prizes, comply with legal and tax obligations, and document the integrity of its promotions.
Public Information: Participants acknowledge that numerical guesses and usernames submitted through public YouTube comments may be visible to other users. TAC may display usernames, eligible guesses, and drawing results during its productions or in related promotional announcements.
Sharing of Information: TAC may share information with authorized production personnel, prize sponsors, shipping providers, professional advisers, and service providers when reasonably necessary to administer promotions, fulfill prizes, or comply with legal obligations. TAC will not sell personal information collected specifically for its giveaways.
Information Protection and Retention: TAC will retain only information reasonably needed to administer promotions, verify entries, maintain drawing records, fulfill prizes, support qualifying future Cumulative Grand Drawings, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.
Private winner information, including contact details, shipping addresses, and tax documentation, will be kept separate from general participant records where practical and accessible only to authorized personnel.
TAC will periodically review retained information and delete or de-identify it when no longer reasonably necessary, except as required or permitted by applicable law.
TAC will use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Participant Privacy Rights: Participants may contact TAC to request information about personal data collected in connection with a promotion, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where permitted by applicable law. Certain records may need to be retained for legitimate administrative, legal, or tax purposes.
Protection of Sensitive Information: TAC shall not publicly disclose a winner's private contact information, residential street address, financial information, tax identification information, or other sensitive personal information.
Platform Privacy: Information submitted directly through YouTube or another distribution platform is also subject to that platform's applicable privacy policies. TAC does not control the platform's independent collection or handling of information.
Email Communications and TAC Updates
By participating in a TAC promotion, participants acknowledge that TAC may contact them regarding their entries, drawing results, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and other matters directly related to administering the promotion.
Participants may also choose to receive occasional promotional emails concerning The Ad Challenge, including upcoming drawings, program announcements, special events, and other TAC-related activities.
Consent to receive promotional emails is voluntary and is not required to enter or win any TAC giveaway. Participants who subscribe to promotional communications may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions provided in those emails. Unsubscribing will not affect their eligibility for current or future drawings.
16. PLATFORM INDEPENDENCE, DISCLAIMER, AND RELEASE
TAC drawings may be broadcast, livestreamed, recorded, replayed, or otherwise distributed through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Roku, television, websites, and other digital or traditional media platforms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, TAC promotions are independently organized and administered by The Ad Challenge and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Roku, or any other platform through which the promotion is presented or distributed.
By participating in a TAC promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Roku, and any other platform used to present, distribute, or facilitate the promotion, together with their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives, from claims or liability arising out of or relating to the promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
TAC is solely responsible for administering its promotions, determining eligibility, selecting winners, and awarding prizes. No distribution platform is responsible for these activities unless it expressly agrees otherwise.
All promotional activities remain subject to the applicable platform's terms, policies, and community guidelines.
YouTube Community Guidelines and Entry Disqualification
All entries submitted through YouTube must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/), YouTube's Terms of Service, and these Official Rules.
Any entry that violates the YouTube Community Guidelines shall be disqualified from the applicable drawing and any subsequent Cumulative Grand Drawing for which that entry would otherwise qualify.
TAC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the applicable rules or policies of any other platform used to administer a promotion, subject to applicable law.
Participant Display Name Standards Participants must use a YouTube display name appropriate for the general-audience, PG-13 nature of The Ad Challenge.
Display names containing sexually explicit language, profanity, hate speech, threats, or other clearly inappropriate content may result in disqualification from the applicable drawing.
TAC reserves the right to review questionable display names and determine eligibility in good faith, consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
17. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Reservation of Rights and Administrative Discretion
TAC may interpret or clarify these Official Rules and, when reasonably necessary, modify, postpone, suspend, or discontinue a promotion, address rule violations or suspected fraud, and correct administrative errors, in good faith and subject to applicable law. Additional or changed terms will be disclosed as required and will not unlawfully deprive participants of rights already earned.
Administrative Errors and Corrective Action
If TAC discovers an administrative or drawing error, it may take appropriate corrective action.
If a winner has already been declared, TAC may, at its discretion, conduct an additional drawing under the corrected conditions. In such circumstances, both the originally declared winner and any winner identified through the corrective drawing shall receive their respective prizes, subject to eligibility verification and applicable law.
Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond TAC's Control
TAC shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in the administration or fulfillment of a promotion resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, public emergencies, governmental actions, labor disruptions, utility or internet outages, platform failures, or other unforeseen events.
In such circumstances, TAC reserves the right to postpone, suspend, modify, reschedule, or cancel an affected promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
TAC will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to preserve valid entries, protect the integrity of affected drawings, and address outstanding prize obligations as circumstances permit.
Dispute Resolution
Participants are encouraged to raise legitimate concerns respectfully and attempt to resolve disputes directly with TAC through its published official contact information.
If an issue cannot be resolved informally, the parties may mutually agree to mediation or another appropriate resolution process, subject to applicable law.
18. HARASSMENT, ABUSIVE CONDUCT, AND PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOR
Good Faith and Sportsmanship
Participants must act in good faith and treat TAC personnel, sponsors, partners, and fellow participants respectfully.
Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement
Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, abusive communications, or deliberate interference with TAC operations or other participants in connection with a promotion are prohibited, whether through TAC channels or other related platforms.
For reasonably documented misconduct, TAC may restrict communications, block access to TAC-controlled platforms, disqualify participants, or prohibit future participation, subject to applicable law.
TAC may retain evidence and report serious misconduct to appropriate authorities or platform administrators when warranted.
Legitimate questions, good-faith complaints, verification requests, and respectful challenges do not constitute harassment or grounds for disqualification.
Participants must also comply with applicable platform community guidelines and terms of service.
19. SPONSORSHIP, PRODUCT CONTRIBUTIONS, AND ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
TAC may accept product contributions, sponsorships, advertising placements, product integrations, and other promotional partnerships, subject to TAC approval and applicable terms.
Participation as a sponsor, advertiser, or prize provider does not confer any influence over drawing results, participant eligibility, or winner selection.
Advertising and Sponsorship Standards
Sponsors, advertisers, products, and promotional arrangements must comply with applicable law, TAC content standards, and relevant distribution-platform policies.
TAC does not accept advertising, sponsorships, or promotional prize contributions involving alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, marijuana, recreational drugs, or other controlled substances, including related products or services.
TAC may approve, reject, modify, suspend, or discontinue proposed promotional arrangements that are unsuitable for its audience, inconsistent with its standards, or incompatible with distribution requirements, subject to applicable agreements.
Acceptance of a product or sponsorship does not constitute TAC endorsement or guarantee.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FINAL DISCLAIMERS
Intellectual Property: The Ad Challenge and The Groovy Gift-O-Matic™ are original properties of TAC Entertainment, LLC. All associated copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, and original creative materials are owned by TAC Entertainment, LLC. These properties are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted to participants through their participation in any giveaway.
Interpretation and Applicable Law
These Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
